Seriously. All the photos i've seen all come with snippits of text, most of them includeing words like "Passion" and "Love". I really don't know why. I went last week and saw nothing but bridges and slums. I'll admit, Notre Dame, Le tour Eiffle, La Defense et Le Arc de Triumph were impressive, but everything else was smoggy and dirty-looking. Mabey i had too high hopes, but hey, how on earth did it get such a reputation? The week before we went to a small town just outside Dusseldorf in germany for a wedding and it was B-E-A-utifull! More romantic in my books, even if it was only a mile squared.
